OUR HISTORY

An adventure initiated in Alsace by Antoine Castillon

Founded in 2017 in Colmar by Antoine CASTILLON, Le Cercle des Arômes was born of his passion for wine and the desire to make it accessible to everyone. At just 23 years old, Antoine opened his first establishment, offering around a hundred references by the glass. He sold his first establishment and moved to Place Jeanne d'Arc in Colmar.

From 2023 onwards, the concept expands throughout France, now reaching 7 establishments across France and soon in Belgium and Germany.
