OUR HISTORY

An adventure initiated in Alsace by Antoine Castillon

Founded in 2017 in Colmar by Antoine CASTILLON, “Le Cercle des Arômes ” was born out of his passion for wine and his desire to make it accessible to everyone. At just 23 years old, Antoine opened his first wine bar, offering about 100 different wines by the glass. He sold his first establishment and moved to Place Jeanne d’Arc in Colmar.

Starting in 2023, the concept will expand throughout France, bringing the total number of locations across Europe to 8.
